Groups will meet online once per week for the designated length of the course.
A 75 min window is scheduled for each week (unless otherwise noted).
The session will consist of a short educational component, time to set personal goals, ask questions, and collaborate with other members.
All groups will have an online forum for communication with other group members between sessions that is monitored by the group facilitator.
You can expect a positive, interactive, and supportive environment with others that have similar goals!
The discussion each week will be facilitated around a different topic. (see the course outlines below)
You will receive handouts, self-assessments, and educational materials each week pertaining to the weekly topic to help you set personalized goals.

Cost: $90 per participant + cost of the device
Duration: 3 weeks (14 days with using the CGM, based on the lifespan of the device)
Sessions: Three, 1-hour group sessions. The first session is the week before application of the CGM, second session in the middle of use, and third at the end of the use with the device.
Program Overview
This 3-week group coaching program is designed to help you leverage use of a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) to enhance your metabolic health. A CGM is a device that measures your blood glucose in real time to allow you to see what influences your levels. Through structured sessions, you'll learn to plan your diet and behaviors to see the results of your data and implement lifestyle adjustments accordingly.

CGM Device: Participants are responsible for purchasing their own CGM device separately, which is not included in the program fee. CGM options available for OTC use include Dexcom's Stelo ($99) and Abbott's Lingo ($49-only compatible with iPhone).

5 weekly 60-75 min sessions
Covers foundations of a healthy diet focusing on moving from the Standard American Diet (SAD) to a whole food and minimally processed diet.
At the end of the course you will be confident that you are able to choose foods that provide the proper nutrition to support your physical and mental performance, support your immune system and metabolic health, and help reduce cravings and binge eating! You will understand which foods are nutrient dense and be able to create a meal that contains a balance of macro and micronutrients to support your health and wellness goals. You will gain the knowledge to read nutrition labels at the grocery store and make better decisions when eating out. You will have developed and implemented healthy habits to support this new way of eating for long term success of creating a new healthier lifestyle and not another crash diet plan!

Week 2: Veggies/fiber: choosing a variety of plants, focusing on quality, quantity, and understanding portions
Week 3: Protein: choosing healthy protein, quality and quantity, portion sizes
Week 4: Carbs: choosing healthy carbs, quality and quantity, understanding sugar and artificial sweeteners and portion sizing
Week 5: Fats: choosing healthy fats, quality and quantity, cooking with oils and fats, understanding portion sizing. Wrap up: review successes and strategies to continue meeting personal goals.
8 weekly, 90 min sessions, $240
This group is ideal for individuals with chronic pain and/or OA looking to make changes with diet and lifestyle behaviors to support their joint health and preserve their function and quality of life.
When you are finished you will have made dietary changes that support joint health, implemented movement strategies specific to your needs, started regulating your nervous system with sleep and stress management techniques.
You will understand which foods provide anti-inflammatory benefits that support joint health, and understand how to select foods to create balanced meals that support your immune system and metabolic health which are imperative in preserving joint health.

5 weekly 90 min group sessions
For individuals with an upcoming orthopedic surgery, or a recent (within the first month) orthopedic surgery that want to optimize their diet and lifestyle for optimizing healing and recovery to return to their normal life as smoothly as possible.
